- This is the first ticket I have received from the City of Charlottesville
- This violation was accidental, or caused by circumstances outside of my control
- I understand that, if granted, this is a one-time waiver and all future tickets must be paid in full
- I understand that, in addition to time-restricted parking spaces, free on-street parking is available,
as well as paid parking in the City's metered lot or in the Market Street or Water Street Parking Garages
for future use, and many businesses provide ticket validation for free parking in these garages
- I understand that timed parking spaces are limited both by block and by day, meaning that if I move my car
during the day, I cannot return and park on the same block for the remainder of the day- I must park on a
different block
